Refund Policy

At CoastlineToGo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our refund and cancellation policies carefully.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only if the preparation or dispatch has not yet started.

  • Once your order status shows “Confirmed” or “Out for Delivery”, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • You were charged but did not receive the order.

  • The wrong item was delivered and reported immediately.

  • Items were missing or damaged upon delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Issue description

  • Photos (if applicable)

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. No Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued for orders marked as successfully delivered unless proven otherwise.

  • We do not issue refunds for delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, etc.).
