Orders can be canceled only if the preparation or dispatch has not yet started.
Once your order status shows “Confirmed” or “Out for Delivery”, it cannot be canceled.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
You were charged but did not receive the order.
The wrong item was delivered and reported immediately.
Items were missing or damaged upon delivery.
To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Issue description
Photos (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
No refunds will be issued for orders marked as successfully delivered unless proven otherwise.
We do not issue refunds for delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, etc.).
